For orders under £100 they will be sent via Royal Mails Recorded Delivery Service.

For larger more expensive orders these shall be posted using DHL, UPS or another suitable company which automatically includes full insurance.

A signature is required upon receipt of the goods so please ensure someone is available to sign.

We will work out the overall cost for delivery by weight. The costs will be displayed in your basket when you add any products.

Orders to most addresses within the UK using our Royal Mails Recorded Delivery Service or Royal Mails Special Delivery Service are usually despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Please note that WE DO NOT DELIVER to PO boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind.

 Worldwide Delivery

 

Depending on your chosen method of delivery wherever it is Standard or Express your item should take between 3 to 10 days to arrive.

PayPal Express Checkout is simple, safe and very easy to use.

This is accepted though the buyer must use a confirmed and verified PayPal address and the order shall be shipped to the same address as given on PayPal.

This is accepted though the buyer must use the same address as the cardholders address and your order shall only be shipped to the same address as where your Credit/Debit card is registered to.
If you choose WorldPay as your payment method you will only receive a tracking number for Express Delivery.

Simply add Your Item/s to the basket and choose from the payment methods.

This is also avaiable to our international customers via IBAN, please choose the correct shipping method and then the payment method type to obtain our bank account information.

Bank transfer is available for all our customers and we will also accept cheques from within the UK only.

All cheques will have to be fully cleared into our account before we can dispatch any goods.

If you choose to pay by cheque or by bank transfer please contact us once you have made the payment in order for your goods to then be prepared for shipping which shall be done once the funds have cleared.

Returns

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from retailsecurityworld.com, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us.

We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.

Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible by using our contact details and also including your name, contact details and order number.


Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible by using our contact details and also including your name, contact details and order number.



If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that (a) the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays); and (b) you tell us in writing (preferably by using our contact details and also including your name, contact details and order number) that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that you may not cancel any goods ordered from us where any electronic settings have been changed or altered by you or other persons.

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order has been received by us in writing.

If we collect the goods from you, we may charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund).


Packaging Goods for Return
In all cases where goods are to be returned to us, then please ensure that you use the same packaging as sent in and if needed any extra to safely secure the returned good/s.

You are responsible for sending it by a fully insured method and keeping receipt and also a tracking number of any such returns.
